Pay supplier invoices and tax with your business credit card, online. Your supplier is paid by bank transfer and never sees a card. Nothing to connect to your systems. Register, add a card and pay.
Flow Direct runs on the same rails as Flow: ePayment. The card payment is with GlobalFinex B2B, not with your supplier. Your card funds the payment, we pay your supplier by bank transfer with a remittance advice, and your cash leaves when your card statement falls due rather than on the invoice due date.
The difference is how you get in. Flow sits inside your ERP or bank and suits a finance team running accounts payable at scale. Flow Direct is the portal and the app. You register, your invoices appear or you upload them, you tick the ones to pay and confirm. Use it for one invoice, every invoice or none, and stop whenever you like. Your terms with your suppliers do not change.
The point of it. Your supplier is paid on time. Your cash leaves when your card statement falls due, not on the invoice due date. Pay one business day before the due date and the money reaches the supplier on time.
Three ways an invoice gets in front of you to pay. The payment works the same way for all of them.
Suppliers who have joined Flow Receive, the GlobalFinex B2B Supplier Network, send us a copy of each invoice and credit note. They appear in your account as issued, with the supplier's own invoice number, ready to pay.
For a supplier who is not on the network, upload the invoice and their bank details in the portal or the app. We verify the supplier, you pay by card, they receive a bank transfer and a remittance advice. They do not need an account with us.
Pay BAS, PAYG instalments and company tax by card. The ATO is paid in full on the due date through a channel it accepts. Your cash leaves on your card statement date. How tax payments work.
A few minutes, using the button on this page. You will need your business name and ABN. Whoever pays the invoices can register; it does not have to be the owner.
Most businesses are approved straight away on screen. Some are checked by our team and confirmed by email within a business day.
Choose your supplier and give them the OK to send us copies of your invoices. Once they confirm, every open invoice and credit note appears in the portal with their invoice number. For a supplier not on the network, upload the invoice and their bank details instead.
A Visa or Mastercard business credit card, any card the business authorises. Stored securely by us and never shared with your supplier, so nobody reads card details over the phone again.
Tick the invoices, apply any credit notes, check the total and confirm. We pay your supplier by bank transfer, send them the remittance advice and email you a receipt listing the invoices covered.
Your terms with your suppliers do not change. How and when the payment is funded does.
Eligibility rules, approval anchoring and reconciliation in your own systems, for a finance team running accounts payable at scale.
Usually the next business day after you pay by card, depending on your card issuer and bank transfer times.
Visa and Mastercard business credit cards.
Yes. Upload the invoice and the supplier's bank details in the portal or the app. We verify the supplier before the first payment. They receive a bank transfer and a remittance advice and do not need an account with us.
A fee on each invoice you pay by card, paid to GlobalFinex B2B. Your supplier receives the full invoice amount. The fee is set out when you register and shown on screen before you confirm every payment.
Credit notes from network suppliers appear in your account and can be applied against invoice payments. Refunds are handled directly between you and the supplier.
We facilitate online card payment services so businesses can pay their suppliers easily, quickly and securely.
PCI DSS compliant. Your card is tokenised and stored by us, and never shared with a supplier.
Enrolled with AUSTRAC. Every business and every supplier on the network is verified before a payment moves.
