Join Flow Receive, the GlobalFinex B2B Supplier Network, and your customers can pay your invoices with a business credit card. They pay us. We pay you by bank transfer, in full, with a remittance advice. Your prices, terms and margin do not move.
Some of your customers want to pay by card. It gives them time to their statement date and it is how they manage their cash. Accepting a card yourself means a merchant facility, a merchant fee, card data in your business and a decision about who carries the cost.
On Flow Receive, none of that sits with you. Your customer registers with GlobalFinex B2B, sees your invoices online and pays us by card. We pay you by bank transfer for the full invoice value, with a remittance advice naming the customer and the invoices. The card payment is with us. You are not accepting a card.
Whether you accept cards now and are reconsidering, or have never offered it and want to, the network gives your customers the option without the facility, the fee or the card data landing on you.
Your customer registers with us once, sees your invoices online or in the app, and pays with a Visa or Mastercard business credit card. We hold the merchant facility and the card scheme obligations, verify the customer, process the card in our own secure environment and pay you by bank transfer with a remittance advice naming the customer and the invoices.
You receive 100% of the invoice, usually the next business day after your customer pays by card. Nothing comes out of your margin to fund the card payment, and nobody else's price goes up to cover it.
Every payment comes with a remittance advice naming the customer and listing the invoices and credit notes covered. By email as PDF or Excel, in the portal, or as an integrated file through B2BE EDI straight into your cash application.
Customers managing seasonal cash flow keep a way to pay you on time that you do not fund. Their terms, credit limit and account contacts with you do not change.
Customer material is GlobalFinex B2B branded only. It does not say or imply that you support, endorse or recommend the service. It is their choice.
No card numbers read over the phone, no PCI scope for trade invoices. The card security obligations for these payments sit with us.
Paying customers are GlobalFinex B2B customers. Registering, cards and payments are our support queue, not your credit controllers'.
Joining the network makes your invoices payable through both GlobalFinex B2B products. You do nothing different for either.
A customer registers online, connects to you, and your invoices appear in their account ready to pay by card from the portal or the app. This is how most SMEs will pay you. About Flow Direct.
A customer running Flow: ePayment settles approved invoices through the same rails from inside their own systems. Your invoices are eligible automatically and you are paid the same way. This is how most mid-market and enterprise clients will pay you. About Flow.

Every payment arrives with a remittance advice naming the customer and listing the invoices and credit notes covered. By email as PDF or Excel, in the portal, or as an integrated file through B2BE EDI.
Your business details, the bank account we pay into, and a feed of open invoices and credit notes for the customers who register. If you already trade electronically through B2BE, the feed is configuration. If not, we set it up with you.
Some suppliers want part payments and some do not. It is set up the way you want it, and it is one of the things we agree with you when you join.
The card transaction is with GlobalFinex B2B, not with you. How a card dispute is handled, and what it means for a payment already made to you, is set out in the agreement and we go through it with you before you join.
Credit notes you issue appear in the customer's account and can be applied against payments. Refunds are handled between you and your customer, as they are today.
Yes. If you leave the network, your customers stop paying you through GlobalFinex B2B and the invoice connection is removed. Nothing about your own systems has changed, so there is nothing to unwind.
